Officer Elections

This last week at AGR saw the beginning of officer elections for the 2011 officer team.  Noble Ruler, Risk Management, Recruitment, Finance, and House Operations all had new officers elected with 6 more offices next week.  The results of the elections are:

Noble Ruler: Colter Brown

Risk Management: Ethan Schaff

Recruitment: Jim Woodring

Finance: Tyrel Obrecht

House Operations: Ben Lynn

Other happenings at the house include a small get together last saturday as the guys cheered on the Bobcats to victory over the much hated Grizzlies in the 110th brawl of the wild.  If you do not know the bobcats have the #4 seed in the 20 team playoffs that begin this weekend.  The bobcats may have a bye this weekend, but that has not stopped the guys at the house from getting playoff fever as the majority of the house has already purchased their tickets for December 4th.

Also last Friday the house helped the Montana FFA Foundation put on a spaghetti feed for 800 students who were attending MSU Ag Days.  Brothers Neil Mauws, Colter Brown, and Jon Sheehy spent over four hours in the kitchen cooking noodles for the event.  Montana FFA Foundation Director Ramey Lunceford extended a special thankyou for the brothers of the house for both their help in cooking and serving at the event.

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and if you are driving anywhere, be safe because the roads are looking pretty rough right now.

Fraternally,

VNR Public Relations
