The last week saw things relatively quiet here at 1707 Greekway. The major happening at the house last week was finishing, printing, and mailing out of the Chapter's semesterly crescent. I want to give a special thank you to our Alumni brother Daniel Gaugler for all of his help in getting the crescent printed and mailed out. If you are an alumni of the Alpha Delta Chapter you should have received a crescent Thursday or Friday of last week. If for some reason you did not receive a crescent, please email me at alpha_d_news@hotmail.com and I will get you on our mailing list.
Other highlights from last week included a mixer with the Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority on Friday night, as well as many brothers cheering on the Bobcats to their 37-35 victory over Northern Colorado on Saturday. Last week also saw the first opportunity for our 13 brand new brothers to experience a full monday night meeting and better understand what it means to be a brother of Alpha Delta.
Moving forward with the blog in the weeks to come I hope to start having a different officer report at least on an every other week basis so they can tell you what has been going on in their world and keep you up to date on the happenings of the house. On a final Note I want to remind everyone of the Alpha Delta 85th anniversary celebration on November 6th at the new MSU Animal Bioscience Building. The festivities start at 5 PM and will include a short program and a no-host social. On Sunday morning, November 7th we are having an alumni board meeting and alumni are encouraged to attend.
